New Division Being Formed
A new division is being formed within our company, “Atlantic American Special Hazards Group” to address those products normally associated with higher hazard fire protection sprinkler systems. Patrick Roche, our Executive Vice-President, will have responsibility for the new division along with Terry Hays, formally the company`s regional sales manager from the Pittsburgh, Pa. area. Pat and Terry combine for more than 60 years of experience in fire protection and will concentrate o0n products such as water storage tanks, foam and foam system components, and high pressure surge suppressors. Additions to Sprinkler Head Line
The Victaulic Company is introducing their newest additions to their sprinkler head line with K14 and K17 Storage Heads. These new large K factor heads will pave the way for the K25 CONTROL MODE head due out in early summer and round out an already impressive line of storage sprinkler heads. Look for more info soon.
New SPRINKLER HEAD ADAPTER
Spears Manufacturing, the leader in C.P.V.C. plastic fittings, has introduced a new SPRINKLER HEAD ADAPTER that is generating great excitement and is being hailed as the ultimate plastic head adapter. Incorporating a sealing gasket, the new adapter eliminates the need for tape or sealant when installing the sprinkler head and through the new design, the brass insert in this new adapter will spin in place once the proper torque has been applied when installing the head. The result will be elimination of cracked brass inserts due to excessive force during the installation process. A great innovation from Spears Manufacturing!
