TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL SALES

TERMS:
Our terms of sale are 2% in 20 days, Net 30 on all products,
excluding Sales Tax charges unless otherwise specified. (Total "Discount
Amount" is printed on the bottom of our invoices)

Payments are expected in accordance with the terms of sale.

Over 60 day accounts will be put on "Hold" automatically without notice,
until the account is brought within terms.

FINANCE CHARGES:
Finance charges are calculated on all accounts over 90 days at the rate of
Prime plus 2%. These charges will show on your monthly statement and
are expected to be paid with your next payment.

SALES TAX
We are required by the law of several states to charge and collect Sales Tax.
Sales tax is charged on all invoicing unless we receive a valid Sales Tax
Exemption Certificate.


FREIGHT POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Please note the following exceptions to your Atlantic American free freight policy:

1. For all dry sprinkler heads that are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the customer will be billed for freight charges, unless the dry sprinklers meet the manufacturer's free freight minimum. 
2. For all air compressors that are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the customer will be billed for freight charges regardless of the dollar amount of the order.
3. Customers requesting material to ship on a "next day air" delivery basis will be billed for the freight charges; regardless of the dollar amount of the order.
